FACILITY MANAGEMENT

The Facility Services

The Facility Services Division is primarily responsible for managing assets held by various Clientele. Our efforts ensure that quality building environments are provided for tenants, staff and the community as a whole.

The division is committed to providing a customer - focused and results - Oriented approach to Facility Maintenance, Project Management, Space Planning, Property Management, Security, and Tenant Installations.

One of our major developments has been a shift from performing repair work only, to now looking after facilities using asset management principles. This allows us to function in a strategic cost - effective manner to ensure that facilities are cared for properly, operate efficiently, and are healthy, safe and functional for the public.

The division manages facilities by providing the following key services:

  • Preventative / planned maintenance
  • Scheduling of maintenance work requests
  • Identification of facility condition and functionality
