Board Corner Enterprise was established in 2006, it is a 100% black female owned and managed South African Construction and facilities management company. We specialize in building construction, building maintenance, civil works and facilities management.

The company offers its clients comprehensive customized services and strives to excellence by ensuring successful timeous delivery of work completed.

The Facility Services Division is primarily responsible for managing assets held by various Clientele. Our efforts ensure that quality building environments are provided for tenants, staff and the community as a whole. The division is committed to providing a customer - focused and results - Oriented approach to Facility Maintenance, Project Management, Space Planning, Property Management, Security, and Tenant Installations.

One of our major developments has been a shift from performing repair work only, to now looking after facilities using asset management principles. This allows us to function in a strategic cost - effective manner to ensure that facilities are cared for properly, operate efficiently, and are healthy, safe and functional for the public.

We strive to demonstrate an improvement in the amount of planned vs unplanned maintenance performed, which means fewer service interruptions. The division manages day to day activities related to its core services, coupled with the added responsibility of managing the delivery of several major capital projects.

Since then the company has grown from strength to strength in our service delivery
